Brad A. Myers
For the past 27 years Brad has worked as a founder, President, and CEO of several diverse business ventures with deep roots in technology within the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model. He has extensive experience in growing start up and early stage business ventures in addition to leading large enterprise. He has created strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies both on a national and global level fueling extensive business growth. Brad is leading the national expansion of Ingelix, Inc. through its proprietary cloud-based SmartSystem that delivers a real-time algorithm hiring solution that identifies top performing job applicants to reduce turnover and increase performance.
Prior to Ingelix Brad served as CEO of a worldwide provider of technology delivered behavior analysis that reached 35 countries and 198,000 customers. He also served as CEO of a cloud based software company that led to a worldwide partnership with Bruker AXS, a division of the Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ: BRKR). He also has served as COO/Co-founder, and President/founder of two other ventures leading them to an acquisition/merger.
Brad also oversees the Academy for Advanced Leadership Training, LLC (www.leadingacademy.com), a management consultancy that delivers expertise on business growth and streamlining strategies in addition to performing extensive leadership coaching. He is certified as an advanced expert in behavior analysis where he can assess the personality strengths and weaknesses of key personnel aligning them in advanced teams for maximum business impact.
Brad is a highly sought after public speaker and guest lecturer where he imparts the leadership principle “Unity Drives Success.” He graduated from Bowling Green State University and resides in Canton, Ohio with his wife and children. He has served in public office as a member of the Salem City Schools Board of Education in Salem, Ohio serving as both Vice-President and President.
Jesse Llobet, Ph.D.

Jesse Llobet, Ph.D., specializes in the development and implementation of assessment tools for the purpose of identifying and selecting those job applicants with the mental capacity and behavioral disposition to succeed on the job. Dr. Llobet earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and his doctorate in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida (consistently ranked as one of the top I/O programs in the U.S.). Dr. Llobet has over twenty years of experience in researching and developing targeted assessment tools. His experience in employment screening includes having consulted with Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., and his tests have been used by over 10,000 companies, ranging from small, entrepreneurial firms to corporate giants. He has developed a comprehensive, proprietary library of assessments that follow a unique “building block” approach. This approach allows for organizations to “mix and match” tests to create an efficient, cost effective, customized testing solution that specifically matches the organization’s competency needs (both from a behavioral and aptitude perspective). This unique “building block” approach sets in motion the cloud based, patent pending, real-time algorithm process unique to each Ingelix customer. Dr. Llobet is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists.
Amber Thorne-Hamilton, Ph.D.
Vice President of Product Development:
Amber leads the ingelix product development team which has the sole responsibility of the dynamically changing algorithm unique to every ingelix customer. This constantly adapting algorithm monitors the ever-changing personnel needs of an organization and adjust the necessary staffing needs before the organization realizes the need. This process is at the core of the proven candidate hiring and employee retention analytics generated by the ingelix technology platform. Amber focuses her attention on extensive product development of the proprietary algorithm that becomes part of each customer’s unique environment that identifies their culture whereas all job applicants and employees are matched.
Prior to joining ingelix Amber served as CEO of an academy serving behaviorally challenged youths in Columbus, Ohio. She also served as a professor of entrepreneurship as well as a business coach whereas she assisted in the development and advancement of complex business models. She has extensive expertise and background in statistical and behavior analysis
Amber completed her doctorate work at Kent State University.
